Why do I need to create an account on the Genome Manager Platform?

Registration of kits on the Genome Manager Platform is necessary to track the progress of a sample's analysis and view results (raw data files + panels included in your package).

  • If you are a doctor, you can monitor the results of your patients' tests under one account.
  • You can upload any files related to a diagnosis such as insurance paperwork, medical records, family history, and previous test results.
  • You can buy other panels directly from the Genome Manager Shop.

I can no longer access the Genome Manager Account, what can I do?

You can follow the "I forgot my password" procedure to unlock your account and continue to take care of your health thanks to genetic data!

Do I need to buy a test before setting up an account?

No, you can sign up for an account even if you haven't made any purchases yet. When you proceed to place an order, you can log in to your account to register the kit's ID and receive results. It is important that samples are registered in the portal before they reach our laboratory.

Can I register a kit for my patient?

Yes, you can create a new Member profile and choose the " doctor/patient" relationship option when registering their kit enter their details. You will need to select second option in the “Terms of Service & Privacy Statement” (step 3 of 4 of registering your kit):

Can I register multiple kits under the same account?

Yes, it's possible to register multiple kits belonging to different people under a single account if you have their consent to register their samples to your account and view the results of their Whole Genome Sequencing Tests. You will need to select second option in the “Terms of Service & Privacy Statement” ( step 3 of 4 of registering your kit):

I am using my own testing kit, do I still need to register the ID on Genome Manager?

It's important to register your kit's ID even if you are not using Dante Genomics' own testing kit.

Please, contact customer.support@dantelabs.com, to communicate the ID you are registering. You will be provided with a Dante internal ID, to be associated with your personal one. We suggest inserting your personal ID as the patient's name, when registering the sample in the portal, and Dante ID in the kit ID section.

How do I check the progress of my test?

Checking the progress of your test is easy, after you register your kit in Genome Manager, you can log in to your account at any time to see status updates. Find out more HERE

How do I view my results?

To view your results, please log in to Genome Manager and from your account Dashboard click on the "Reports" drop-down menu to see your reports or view your raw data files by choosing Raw Data Library. You can read raw data with Avanti software (discover HERE Avanti).

Please note Dante Genomics will put raw data (FASTQ, BAM) in cold storage after a period of 30 days. They can be restored, and made accessible again to be downloaded, for an additional fee of $24 for FASTQ files and $24 for BAM files.
